The Sky Signature
This is the sauce that comes on the burger by default, and we mix it ourselves. It sits between tangy and smoky with a faint sweetness at the finish, built to carry the crust on the beef rather than cover it. An extra pot is SAR 3.
Two levels of heat
The standard sweet chili is sweet with a light prickle; the hot version is noticeably stronger. For real heat, the jalapeño slices or the pickled Turkish hot peppers are the two strongest things on the menu.
