The idea
One idea: a burger made after you order it
Sky Bite Burger is a burger shop in the Mahzur district of Madinah, built on one idea: the burger is made after you order it, not before. Everything in the kitchen is arranged around that — how the beef is prepped, how the flat-top is run when it gets busy.
We chose the neighbourhood because we know it and we know the people here. The menu stays deliberately short — beef burgers, chicken burgers and a handful of sides — so we can get them right.
How we work
Four rules we do not break
01 — Ground every morning
The beef arrives fresh and is ground and balled the same day. Whatever is not used that day is not used the next.
02 — Nothing made ahead
The flat-top sees no beef until an order comes in. That means a slightly longer wait, and it means the burger reaches you hot.
03 — Our own sauce
The Sky Signature is mixed in our own kitchen, and it is sold nowhere else.
04 — Calories on the wall
Every item on the menu carries its calorie count, in the shop and on this site, without exception.

Genuinely one of the tastiest burgers I have eaten, beef or chicken. Their offers are good and the cherry sauce is not to be missed — second only to the cocktail sauce, which they put on the burger and give you on the side as well.
